Our partners are Pastor Carlos & Delmi Rivas who are the National Superintendent of the Wesleyan Church in Guatemala and pastors of Iglesia Adonai (Church) in Nimajayu.

Our work in Guatemala City is focused on the communities of Nimajayu in Zone 21 of Guatemala City and the community of Gerona which is approximately 30 minutes away.

In Nimajayu our goal is to support our partner church, Iglesia Adonai, as they minister in their community. This often takes place through discipleship and training as well as partnering with them in outreach projects such as Vacation Bible School, ministry to children and teens, and job skills development classes for adults.  A large part of their outreach occurs through their Christian School, Casita Adonai.

Caroline’s Promise has a child sponsorship program at the church and school.  

In Gerona we partner with Iglesia Adonai to minister to people through Sunday services for children, women’s ministry, child sponsorship and other forms of outreach.  

Our Threads of Promise project is held in both Nimajayu and Gerona.

Future goals and dreams are to build a church and school in this community.
